At Chelsea G Fitness, we want you to love the way you look and feel in your apparel. Due to the nature of activewear, we currently offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following requirements:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags must remain attached

• Item must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, or damage

• Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

• Bodysuits

• Socks

• Sale or clearance items

• Promotional or discounted merchandise

• Gift cards

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please email:

Include:

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to exchange

• Requested size or product

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Chelsea G Fitness will cover shipping costs for the replacement item one time per order.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can correct the issue immediately.

Inventory Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item or size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Policy Notice

Chelsea G Fitness reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During new launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Chelsea G Fitness is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

• Orders returned due to address errors

If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Chelsea G Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
